What do all these words have in common? Well, let me tell you. They are all words that will soon describe me!
The semester seems to be winding down here in freezing cold Rexburg Idaho. (Thank heavens) I could tell you I was sad to see this semester go, but I don't like to lie. I don't think there has ever been a semester that I have looked more forward to ending then this one. Don't get me wrong... I have had some great stuff happen this semester. I got to go to college with my sister and best friend. We got to experience a lot together, and I am grateful for that.
But...
In 2 weeks, I will head to Utah and start a new adventure. Out of Rexburg, out of BYU-Idaho, out of everything that has ever been, out of my comfort zone.
It's a little scary....
In 2 weeks, I get to be with some of my favorite people in the world, but also leaving some of my other favorite people.
In 2 weeks I will become all three of those things up there, and (hopefully) a few other adjectives too. :)
In 2 weeks, moving to Utah will no longer be something that I have "always sort of planned on", it will become a reality.
I'm grateful for opportunities that allow to me to grow. Here's to the next 2 weeks flyin' by! (but not too quickly...)

Life as of Late.
Oh... Life.
It just keeps moving forward! Where does the time go?? This next month will mark me being home from my mission for 6 months. I can hardly believe that I've been home that long!
Things have been a little crazy lately... This is what I have been up to:
- School
- Work
- Applying to BYU
- Acceptance to BYU!
- Work
- School
- Looking for a new job in Provo (If you know of anything... let me know!!)
- Weekend trips to Utah
- School
- Weekend visits from Silas
- Work
- Singing in a band these days.... Don't ask.
- School
- Work
- School
- Work
And I'm sure there's stuff that I missed. Oh did I mention school and work??
Coming soon: This girl is going to BYU!!! You may all now call me a cougar. Holllllllaaaa!
I'm so excited to move to Utah. Terrified out of my mind... but excited. Somehow, I think things are going to get really good. :)
Stay tuned.

Perfection
Today I got flowers for the first time.
Thank you Silas! I love you!
It felt so good!
It was one rose, simple and sweet.
Just because.
Just because.
And it was perfect.

The Bigger Picture
I feel like I've always been pretty good at understanding the concept that God has a plan. There are things that happen... or don't happen. And I get it. God see's the bigger picture...
But sometimes, I don't want to get it! Sometimes I just want to be mad, and upset and sad. Because things don't make sense to me. Because sometimes I just want things to work the way that I want them to! Because I can't see the bigger picture. And in my little picture, Utah looks pretty good right now...
But Idaho is where I am supposed to be... and I do know that God has a plan for me. And things have a way of working themselves out.
So I will continue to trust my Heavenly Father, because he hasn't led me astray yet. And everytime I do something that He asks me to do, things just seem to fall into place. And this time is no different than the rest. God knows me, and he knows what i need. He's got something good planned, and all I have to do is trust him... Dang it.
